eCricket

eCricket is an upcoming next-generation cricket video game developed by LightFury Games. Designed for competitive players, esports fans and cricket followers, the game aims to deliver a more detailed and authentic cricket experience on mobile.

The game is being developed using Unreal Engine 5.5, with next-generation graphics, advanced physics and broadcast-style presentation forming a major part of its visual and gameplay direction. Rather than relying only on simple batting and bowling mechanics, eCricket is being designed around skill-based gameplay and competitive multiplayer.

One of its major announced experiences is Ultimate Squad. This mode gives players access to a large roster of officially licensed cricketers and allows them to assemble their own squads for competitive play. More than 700 licensed players are expected to be represented in the game's roster.

The game also places emphasis on authenticity. Player likenesses, individual playing characteristics, realistic match situations and cricket physics are being developed to make matches feel closer to the sport itself.

AI-driven commentary is another major feature. eCricket is designed to combine dynamic commentary with a broadcast-inspired match presentation, helping matches feel more like a televised cricket event rather than a basic mobile sports game.

Social and multiplayer systems are central to the project. Players are expected to compete with friends and other users while building squads and progressing through the cricket experience.

Several prominent Indian cricketers are associated with LightFury Games. Rohit Sharma is an investor and officially licensed player, joining a group of cricket stars backing the studio.

eCricket will begin a phased Closed Beta rollout in September 2026. The first wave is intended for registered Early Access users, whose feedback will be used to refine the game before wider availability.

The final public Android APK, package name, download size, Android compatibility requirements and exact launch date have not yet been announced. APKOEN should update these technical details only when official information or the genuine release APK becomes available.
